GENERAL INFORMATION
They can be defined the “queens of mixers” because of the high quality of the finished product: the movement of the two arms – that amalgamate the ingredients as if they were human arms – oxygenates the dough, favours the absorption of water by the flour and minimizes overheating the dough itself. Domino produces 6 different models, TUFF with a traditional operating system, a two-speed motor, and dough capacities ranging from 40 to 150 kg.
