Brera is a furnishing system inspired by Italian art and the Brera district of Milan, the haunt of artists and famous for its fascinating bars and restaurants, with an elegant yet vintage ambience. The sytem includes a full selection of bar modules, bar-back compositions and display cabinets, all produced by Frigomeccanica to its usual state-of-the-art technical standards, achieved through continuous research and dedication. Exquisite materials and warm woods, combined with taste and elegance are then finished by skilled hands, for furnishing bars all over the world with that unmistakable Italian style.

The Bar System comes in different configurations addressing different styles

The Brera bar-back base cupboards have a melamine finished structure with silver grey doors as standard. The top can be in stainless steel or dark carbon or bamboo scratch-proof laminate. The back panel of the wall-mounted units behind the bar is in anthracite colour and can be fitted with the mirror kit (optional), which gives more light to the entire room.

The professorial twin display cabinet is available with both low (h120) and tall (h137) glass panels, for ice-cream or confectionery, refrigerated or am- bient, with internal or external refrigeration unit. Cabinets have a reverse cycle defrosting system and high-efficiency led lighting for the maximum energy saving. The Alukuadro shelving has a laminate back panel which can be written on with chalk like a black-board or which will take magnets, creating an unusual signboard that can be altered at any time of day. The same (optional) material can be used on the back panel of the wall-mounted units.

Prestige details: the illuminated opaline glass rack gives atmosphere to the room while the wood colour of the doors (optional) conveys warmth and elegance. The versatile corner snack display cabinet can be: refrigerated with low-speed fan, dry heated or ambient temperature; its function varies as the bar’s focus shifts throughout the day, from breakfast to brunch and from aperitifs to after-dinner drinks.

The service counter-top, supplied as standard, is in postformed laminate, as specified in the materials chart. On request, the counter-top is available (optional) in natural or synthetic marble from the Frigomeccanica range. The wall-mounted units behind the bar can include a small open-fronted display cabinet in the same colour as the bar counter. The wall-mounted unit above the coffee machine base unit can be fitted, if required, with an extraction hood with lighting.

The shelves of the wall-mounted section behind the bar are in tempered safety glass in model metro, with adjustable-height brackets, titanium or white colour aluminium trims and lighting as standard. The twin series confectionery display cupboards have stainless steel internal structure and can be combined with each other and with the ice-cream cabinet. The glass at the front opens easily for routine cleaning.
