IGLOO modular cold rooms are designed for guaranteeing a quick, easy and flawless installation. Panelling with white zinc-plated internal and external sheet metal finishing. Insulation in polyurethane foam (PUR) with a density of 43Kg/m3 and thicknesses of 60, 80 and100 mm, with 120 and 140 mm on request.

Assembly by male-female interlocking system and specially designed joining pins to ensure ease of installation and perfect alignment of all components.Sealing between panels guaranteed by a special perimeter sea in expanded polyethylene, inserted during the foaming procedure.
Our standard flooring is finished with grey anti-slip plastic-coated sheet metal and insulated with 43Kg/m3 density polyurethane (PUR). The door, with the same finish as the standard panels, is standard hinged and has a frame with an 80/90 x 190h cm opening, an aluminium perimeter door, profile, height-adjustable hinges made in composite material, external handle with key lock and internal handle.
Doors for freezer rooms are standard supplied with electric anti-condensation heaters inserted in an aluminium tube pre-foamed inside the frame. On request sliding doors, with manual or automatic opening, can be supplied.
Our monoblock refrigeration units, straddle or top mounted, or the split ones for remote installations, are all of them, with high performances and low-noise level. Internal shelving available on request, with 400 or 500 mm deep perforated shelves, made entirely in AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel or aluminium frame and polypropylene shelves.

STANDARD FEATURES:

Our cold rooms are fully made of component “Made in Italy”, in order to guarantee a high quality level and according to the health and hygiene standards.
The modularity allows whether the creation of small and medium projects or industrial projects. Thanks to the 20cm modularity, the assembling system by 
vertical and horizontal edges, the out of range (on request), is possible to produce special shaping that permits to adapt the cold rooms to the space in which 
they will be placed.

PANELS 

Standard panels have internal and external finish with white galvanized prepainted steel sheet. However are available (on request) panels with the following 
internal and external finish: white galvanized plastified steel sheet, stainless steel 304 scotch brite or plastinox (white plastified inox 304) sheet. Our panels are 
characterized by a 20cm modularity. Isolation is guaranteed by the use of polyurethane (PUR) D=43Kg/m3 and can have the following thickness: 6cm, 8c, 10cm, 
12cm or 14cm.

VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL EDGES 

Standard vertical and horizontal edges fhave an internal and external white galvanized prepainted steel sheet finish. However are available (on request) edges with the following internal and external finish: white galvanized plastified steel sheet, stainless steel 304 scotch brite or plastinox (white plastified inox 304) sheet. Insulation is guaranteed by the use of polyureuthane (PUR) D=43Kg/m3, and they have an internal round corner R15mm and external round corner R10mm.

DOORS 

The door has the same finish as the cold room and is characterized by a standard clear passage 80/90*190H, a leaf with an aluminium perimeter profile, hinges 
in composite corrosion resistant material with height-regulating, lockable door with internal safety push opening. If the cold room has LT doors are always 
equipped with electric resistance inserted, before foaming the frame, in an aluminium pipe. This system guarantees a homogeneous heating and a quick re￾placement of the electric resistance. On request the doors could have a different dimension of net opening, rail passage, sliding doors, masonry and semi-built doors.
